How important is research in practice?
Do designers still use sketchbooks?
Is there enough time to work on projects that are not profit driven?
These issues will be debated by key members of the design community and academic staff from Salford’s School of Art and Design in this symposium.
Keynote speakers on the day will be Nick Hard + Jeff Knowles from Planning Unit. Who will be joined afterwards for a panel discussion and Q+A on the topic of research and practice by
